By accessing or using AdmitPro.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is owned and operated by JAMA Strategic Holdings LLC (the "Company"). All references to "the Service," "we," "us," or "our" refer to JAMA Strategic Holdings LLC.

• The Service is intended for students aged 13 and older.
• Users under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
• By allowing a Minor to use the Service, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and assumes full responsibility for the Minor's conduct and any fees incurred.

• AdmitPro.ai is an AI-powered college application essay coaching platform providing guidance, feedback, and draft generation.
• The Service does not write essays for students; it serves as a coaching and drafting aid.
• The AI agent ("Wiz") acts as a facilitator to help students uncover and articulate their own stories.

• Student Ownership of Voice: You acknowledge that all essays produced with the assistance of AdmitPro.ai represent your own unique experiences, ideas, and voice.
• Institutional Policy Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-assisted tools complies with the specific academic integrity policies of any institution or organization to which you are applying.
• Assumption of Risk for AI-Generated Content: You acknowledge that AI models can hallucinate specific details, including but not limited to college clubs, professors, and academic programs. You bear sole responsibility for verifying all facts before submitting your final essay. You acknowledge that submitting AI-generated text verbatim may violate university policies. All AI-generated drafts are provided exclusively as structural reference points; you must write your own authentic version using these drafts solely as inspiration.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the Service to generate fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Reverse Engineering:You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code, underlying algorithms, or proprietary "Wiz" prompt engineering logic of the Service.
• Competitive Analysis: You are prohibited from accessing the Service if you are a direct competitor or an agent of a competitor for the purpose of monitoring availability, functionality, or benchmarking.
• Automated Access:Using any "bot," "scraper," or automated methodology to access or harvest data from the Service is strictly prohibited.

• User Content: You retain ownership of personal information and essay content you submit.
• Limited License: You grant the Company a limited license to process your content solely to deliver and improve the Service.
• Data Retention: Interview transcripts and draft content are stored securely to support your session continuity. We may retain this data for as long as your account remains active or as necessary to provide the Service to you. You may request the deletion of your data at any time through the platform.
• Company Property:All AI logic, branding, UI/UX design, and the "Wiz" agent identity are the exclusive property of JAMA Strategic Holdings LLC.

• Payment:While initial essay drafts and basic access to the "Essay Workspace" may be provided free of charge, access to advanced editing tools, subsequent workflow stages, and final essay exports requires payment of fees as outlined in our pricing tiers.
• Immediate Access and No Refund Policy: You acknowledge that Admitpro provides immediate access to digital AI generation tools upon purchase. Due to the immediate, digital nature of the Service, all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused platform quotas, including but not limited to unused colleges or UC PIQs.

• Admission Decisions: AdmitPro.ai does not guarantee admission to any college, university, or program. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective academic institutions.
• "As Is" Service:The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAMA Strategic Holdings LLC, its members, managers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of admission opportunities or academic disciplinary actions) arising from your use of the Service.
• In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Collin County, Texas.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
